AATHP Executive Open Positions - nominees for President Elect and Treasurer must be in attendance at AGM.

Open Positions for 2025:
  • President Elect - 3 year term; this position runs over 3 years, The 1st year is one of observation and learning from the current President. The 2nd year is leading AATHP actively as President which includes chairing 1 monthly meeting and ensuring planning tasks are delegated accordingly. The 3rd and final year, you will act as Past President, which is more of an attendance and advisory role on the Executive.
  • Treasurer - 2 year term; This position is responsible for all accounting and banking for AATHP. The treasurer also is responsible for filing the Annual return for AATHP and completing the financial statements for the AGM. 
  • Director - 2 year term; This position is one of 4 on the committee responsible for booking the venue, speakers, sponsors, advertising and promotion for the Annual Symposium held every fall.
  • Director - 2 year term; This position is one of 4 on the committee responsible for booking the venue, speakers, sponsors, advertising and promotion for the Annual Symposium held every fall.
* The anticipated time commitment for a Executive board member is approximately 3-4 hours a month. *

  • President's Report
  • Treasurer's review of Financial Statements
  • taking the Association from provincial to national
  • any amendments to Bylaws -> several Bylaw Amendments will be voted upon
